boiled, cubed yukon gold potatoes

lowfat cream cheese
salt, pepper, garlic salt, fresh chives

I'm seeing salsa as a recurring theme on baked potatoes. Might have to give that a try.
I've never tried salsa on my potatoes. I need something creamy!
Me neither, never tried salsa with potatoes but it's beginning to sound pretty good. Think I'm going to give it a try next time.
